We're back!

We have been away for much too long and it is time that we start blogging again!

Oahu Wedding recently planned a commitment ceremony for Jennifer and Marc-Andre. They are currently engaged but are not getting married for a few more years, and they wanted to deepen their commitment to one another until they are ready to officially tie the knot. Jennifer and Marc-Andre chose beautiful Lanikai Beach as their backdrop for their sunrise ceremony. We were up bright and early to witness this magical event!

The ceremony consisted of just the two of them so there was a lot of time to take some fun photos after their ceremony.

In traditional Hawaiian weddings, the bride and the groom exchanged leis, just as we exchange wedding rings. Jennifer and Marc-Andre incorporated a lei exchange into the ceremony and later tossed their leis into the ocean to send them on a journey of their own.
