After you have created your own personalized wedding package, you have the option of confirming your wedding date below. Please fill out the reservation form and submit your initial deposit to guarantee your wedding date (alternate dates will only be used if necessary).

REQUIRED DEPOSIT:
[A] We require a minimum $500.00 non-refundable deposit to guarantee your wedding with us and begin preliminary planning, and 50% non-refundable deposit of the total price before beginning planning services and booking any outside vendors. Although non-refundable, the deposit will be applied towards your total bill. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to the wedding date at which time, client will be notified by invoice. In the event of postponement or cancellation of the wedding for any reason other than medical emergency for the bride and groom,
[B] Oahu Wedding will retain the non-refundable deposit(s) paid. Oahu Wedding may retain part or all of the paid balance amounts as liquidated damages based on an hourly rate of $60.00 per hour spent on planning the event, unless written notification is received by Oahu Wedding no less than 45 days prior to the wedding date. Weddings for which full payment has been made and that are cancelled due to emergency or illness of the bride and groom only may be refunded all amounts paid except all non-refundable deposits and any other amounts due to vendors, reservation fees, etc.
REFUNDS OR CANCELLATION:
[C] Refunds on cancellations will be considered only upon sufficient and reasonable proof of emergency or illness of the bride and groom only. Alternatively and upon sufficient and reasonable proof of illness, credit may be applied toward a future wedding date based upon availability and willingness of outside vendors such as resorts, caterers, photographers, ministers, etc. If your booking is within 45 days of the wedding date, the full amount is due upon reservation. Please note that any reservation or inquiry made without a deposit is not guaranteed and will be available to others until deposit is made.
